United States Customers can place secure orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at
www.netsys-direct.com or over the phone at 1-877-NETSYS1 (1-877-638-7971) Monday through Friday,
9:00AM to 6:00PM (EST), excluding holidays. Or contact sales@netsys-america.com to inquire about
ordering instructions for the United States and Canada.
Privacy
Netsys is committed to protecting your company's information and using it only as appropriate to provide you
with the best possible service and products. The information we collect about your company, such as your
company name, address, phone number, email address and other information comes from your company
customer recorder. We do not disclose this information to anyone.
Authorized Sales Regions
Please contact sales@netsys.com.tw to request an Authorized Representative for selling Netsys products.
Payment Term
T/T in advance before shipping or by irrevocable L/C at sight.
Shipping Term
FOB Taiwan, EX Works if total orders amount is less than US$3000.
Delivery Lead Time
Sample order:Within 7~14 working days after receipt of payment.
Formal order:Within 4~6 weeks after receipt of payment.
Warranty
All Netsys Products come standard with a one-year warranty from original B/L date. Damaged and modified
products are excluded from warranty coverage.
RMA
Please contact sales@netsys.com.tw to request an RMA number and further instructions for returning a
product for warranty or out-of-warranty repairs. Netsys reserves the right to repair and return or replace
returned products with comparable or better products at its sole discretion...more details
